• Driver Information: License details, vehicle information, insurance documents
• Device Information: Device type, OS version, app version

Address Information

We collect address information entered by you to:

• Process ride bookings and service requests
• Assign appropriate drivers through our admin team
• Calculate estimated fares based on route distance
• Maintain booking records for service history and quality

Note: We do not track real-time GPS location during trips. Location data is limited to the pickup and drop-off addresses you provide.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service Delivery: Process bookings, assign drivers to customer requests through our admin team, calculate fares
• Communication: Send booking confirmations, trip updates, and receipts
• Safety: Verify driver credentials, monitor for fraud, resolve disputes
• Improvement: Analyze usage patterns, fix bugs, develop new features

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only when necessary:

• With Other Users: Customers see driver details during trips; drivers see customer pickup addresses

  • Razorpay (payment processing)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect rights and safety

4. Data Security

We protect your information using:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)

Note: No internet transmission is 100% secure. We strive to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Active Accounts: Data retained while account is active
• Trip History: Retained for 7 years (legal and tax requirements)
• Address Data: Retained for 1 year for dispute resolution and service improvement
• Deleted Accounts: Most data deleted within 30 days

You have the right to:

• Correction: Update inaccurate information in app settings
• Deletion: Delete your account and request data removal

• Razorpay: India (primary - all payment data stored in India)

We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers and comply with Indian data protection laws.

We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011:
